We can ensure that your design remains within the permitted development (PD) rules to avoid the need for planning permission and building regulations. If you would like a structure that is larger or taller than the PD rules allow, we can help you meet all of the relevant planning requirements and support you through the planning application process.
We work closely with each customer as the design takes shape to ensure a complete bespoke service.
Due to popular demand, we also offer other aspects of home improvement - first and second fix carpentry, supply and install of internal doors and flooring, media walls and decking.
